特別企画 呈茶イベント
1月16日・17日の2日間、タッセルホテルでは「NIEI 光武みゆき展」の開催にあわせ、特別企画として呈茶イベントを実施いたしました。
本イベントでは、清水焼作家の niei 光武みゆきさん と、同じ工房で制作をされている kohaku 清水みきこさん のお二人が、ご自身の手がけた器を用いて、お客様一人ひとりにお抹茶を点ててご提供くださいました。
展示空間で作品を鑑賞するだけでなく、実際にその器に触れ、抹茶を味わうことで、作品の質感や佇まい、使い心地までを五感で感じていただける、作家と作品、そしてお客様をつなぐ特別な時間となりました。
お抹茶を注がれることで器はさらに美しさが際立ちます。
ご宿泊のお客様からは「貴重な体験だった」「とても贅沢な時間だった」といった声も寄せられ、作家の想いを身近に感じていただけるイベントとなりました。
On January 16 and 17, Tassel Hotel hosted a special tea ceremony event in conjunction with the exhibition “NIEI Miyuki Mitsutake Exhibition.”
For this occasion, Kiyomizu ware artists Miyuki Mitsutake of niei and Mikiko Shimizu of Kohaku, who work at the same studio, personally prepared and served matcha to each guest using their own handcrafted vessels.
Beyond simply viewing the works on display, guests were able to hold the pieces in their hands and enjoy matcha from them, experiencing the texture, presence, and comfort of the ceramics through all five senses. It was a truly special moment that connected the artists, their works, and our guests.
As matcha was poured, the vessels revealed an even deeper beauty.
Many of our hotel guests shared comments such as “It was a rare and valuable experience” and “It was an incredibly luxurious moment,” making this event a memorable opportunity to feel the artists’ passion and craftsmanship up close.
