令和七年「都をどり」
京都にある5つの花街の中で最も大きい祇園甲部。
その祇園甲部の芸妓・舞妓さんが、毎年4月1日から1ヵ月間開催している舞踊公演の「都をどり（みやこをどり）」
「都をどり」は、「いちげん（一見）さんお断り」という言葉がある京都の花街で、普段は会うことができない芸妓・舞妓総勢約50名の華麗な舞を、劇場形式で気軽に観ることができます。
昨年12月にタッセルホテルで展示をさせていただいた日本画・諫山宝樹さんの絵画も飾られていました。
本日は雨でしたが、ほぼ満席。海外からのお客様も沢山来られていました。
The Miyako Odori
Gion Koubu is the largest of Kyoto's five Hanamachi districts.
The geiko and maiko of Gion Koubu hold a month-long dance performance called Miyako Odori (dance performance in the capital) every year from April 1.
The Miyako Odori dance performance is a theater-style event where you can casually watch the magnificent dances of a total of 50 geiko and maiko, whom you would not normally have the chance to meet.
