こちらのタルトタタンは完成までになんと4日をかけて作られているとのこと。
ほろ苦さとリンゴの甘さが口いっぱいに広がります。

タッセルホテルからは徒歩14分ほど。
京都武道センターの西横の通りにあります。

The predecessor to “LA VOITURE,” a coffee shop, first opened in Gion in 1959.
It later relocated to its current location in Okazaki.
It's a shop that has been beloved locally for a long time.
This tarte tatin takes a full four days to complete,
and when you eat it, the slight bitterness and sweetness of the apples spread throughout your mouth.
