Joyo Shuzo's premium plum juice (fully ripened plum Jyoshu Haku)
Joyo City in Kyoto Prefecture has long been known as a plum village, and the Aoya Plum Grove is home to the Jyoshu Haku variety of plums, a native variety grown there. The premium plum juice produced by Joyo Shuzo is characterized by its mellow plum aroma and refreshing sourness, which is only possible with Jyoshu Haku.
