Produced in Miyama-cho, Nantan City, Kyoto Prefecture, known for its rich nature and "Kayabuki-no-Sato," the sweetness and flavor of the raw milk itself can be tasted.
Joyo Shuzo's premium plum juice (fully ripened plum Jyoshu Haku)
Joyo City in Kyoto Prefecture has long been known as a plum village, and the Aoya Plum Grove is home to the Jyoshu Haku variety of plums, a native variety grown there. The premium plum juice produced by Joyo Shuzo is characterized by its mellow plum aroma and refreshing sourness, which is only possible with Jyoshu Haku.
Yumesai Lettuce
Yumesai lettuce is carefully cultivated in a clean room in Tokyo without using any pesticides, using LED light and nutrient-rich water that are optimal for growth.
